Rising Damp – Not with The RIW Waterproofing Technical Guide

CIB has worked with RIW for the last 23 years and therefore has an intimate knowledge of both the client and its business.

We were asked to develop RIW’s existing literature and to incorporate 5 new products, for which we also devised an on line and on the page advertising campaign, which were launched to the market in April 2009.

RIW’s existing waterproofing binder was already seen as a valued source of information but wanted to improve the useability, flexibility and environmental impact of the current literature.

Whilst there is an essential need to have all technical information online, architectural practices still have libraries for technical information and many prefer a written technical guide.

Literature also reinforce’s RIW’s brand as leaders in the field of waterproofing, with the intention being that architects will reach for the RIW literature as a first port of call for any waterproofing problems.

RIW will be undertaking a marketing research initiative in January 2010 to gather further feedback from specifiers who have been using the new RIW waterproofing guide to confirm it’s exactly what the specifier wants and needs.
