Pandrol is the global market leader in rail fastenings. Earlier this year, the company acquired a Swedish company, Rosenqvist, which develops, manufactures and markets modern machinery, equipment and working methods for efficient construction and maintenance of railway systems.
This acquisition is part of Pandrol’s overall strategy to bring engineering capabilities in-house. The machinery alongside the use of the recommended Vortok Stressing Rollers will allow Pandrol to help achieve greater productivity within established possession periods - time allocated for maintenance and repairs - and thereby reduce maintenance costs.
CIB was asked to develop an advertising campaign, targeting railways and main contractors, to promote Pandrol’s engineering capabilities and cost-effective systems approach to railway laying/fastening.
The developed concept is based on the time and cost savings generated through Pandrol’s commitment to reduce possession times. Hence, the use of the striking glass egg-timer.
